Terms of Service

What you agree to by using TraderFlow.

The short version

This is a summary, not a substitute for the terms below.

1. Who may use TraderFlow

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract where you live. If your country restricts access to trading-related services, those rules apply to you and not to us.

One person, one account. You are responsible for everything done from your account, including by anyone you give access to.

2. Ranks and verified data

Ranks are calculated from trading data read from your connected Myfxbook account. The calculation weights drawdown, consistency, profitability, account maturity and risk stability. We may change how ranks are calculated; when we do, everybody is re-ranked on the same basis.

You may not misrepresent an account as yours, share credentials to inflate a rank, or use a demo account where a live one is required. Doing so ends the account and forfeits any Mentor earnings not yet withdrawn.

A rank is a description of past account behaviour. It is not a prediction, a certification, an endorsement, or a licence to give advice.

3. Not financial advice

TraderFlow is a social and educational platform. Nothing on it — no rank, post, lesson, signal, chart, statistic, marketplace listing or message from another user — is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and none of it is a recommendation to trade.

We are not a broker, a fund, an investment adviser or a signal service. We do not execute trades, hold client money for trading, or manage anyone's account.

Trading leveraged instruments carries a high risk of losing money rapidly. Most retail accounts lose money. Decide for yourself, or take advice from someone licensed to give it.

4. Paid plans

Pro and Mentor are auto-renewing subscriptions. Each is sold as a one-month plan or a one-year plan; the length and the price of the one you pick are shown before you pay. Prices are set in US dollars and, on the web, charged in Nigerian naira through Paystack at the rate shown before you pay. On iOS and Android, subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google in the currency of your store account.

A subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period — one month or one year, whichever you chose — until cancelled. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the period you are in, and you keep everything in the plan until that period ends.

Mentor additionally requires a qualifying rank held for a qualifying period and a verified live account. If you lose that standing, your existing listings remain but you may not publish new ones until you qualify again.

On iOS, payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before that period ends. You can manage the subscription and turn auto-renew off in your account settings in the App Store after purchase.

Where a purchase is made through Apple or Google, cancellation and refunds are handled by that store under its own rules, which override ours for those purchases.

5. The Marketplace

TraderFlow is an intermediary. Sellers set their own prices and are solely responsible for what they sell, for its accuracy, for holding the rights to it, and for supporting the people who buy it.

Only digital products may be sold. No signals sold as guaranteed outcomes, no managed-account offers, no copies of other people's material, and nothing that requires a financial licence to provide.

We take a platform fee and pass through payment processing costs, both itemised before a listing is published and on every sale. Earnings are held before they can be withdrawn — see the Refund and Payout Policy.

Sellers carry chargebacks on their own sales. A card dispute reverses the sale and the amount is taken back from the seller's balance.

We may remove any listing, refund any buyer, and suspend selling where we reasonably believe these terms have been broken.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and distribute it inside TraderFlow for as long as you keep it posted, and to show excerpts where the product needs to (a preview, a search result, a shared link).

You are responsible for having the right to post what you post.

7. What you may not do

8. Suspension and closure

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that presents a fraud or chargeback risk, or where we are required to by law. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will say why.

You may close your account at any time from Settings. Closing it removes your profile and content. Records we are required to keep for tax, accounting or fraud-prevention purposes are retained for as long as the law requires.

9. Liability

TraderFlow is provided as it is. We do not warrant that ranks, statistics or third-party data are error-free, that the service will be uninterrupted, or that anything you learn here will make money.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or any indirect or consequential loss. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 100.

Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Changes and contact

We may change these terms. Material changes will be notified in the app before they take effect, and continuing to use TraderFlow after that means you accept them.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
