What we collect, why, and who else sees it.
Last updated 27 August 2026
Account details: your email address, username, display name, profile photo and bio.
Trading data: the account statistics we read from Myfxbook — gain, drawdown, trade history, account age, account type and broker name — and your Myfxbook sign-in, which is encrypted at rest.
Content: what you post, upload, publish, sell and send.
Payments: what you bought, when, the amount, and a payment reference. Card details are handled by Paystack, Apple or Google. We never see or store a card number.
Payout details, for sellers: your bank name, account number and the account name your bank returns. Stored where no client can read them.
Usage: device and browser type, approximate region, pages opened and errors, used to keep the service working.
We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it.
Public on your profile: your username, photo, bio, rank, whether your account is Live or Demo, whether it is verified, your rewards and your posts.
Never public: your balance, your broker, your profit and loss in currency, your trade history, your Myfxbook credentials, your earnings, and your bank details. Your own Analytics screen shows you your full figures; nothing computed there is shown to anyone else.
Google Firebase — hosting, database, authentication, storage and functions.
Paystack — payments and payouts, for web purchases.
Apple and Google — payments, for purchases made inside the mobile apps.
Myfxbook — the source of your trading statistics, accessed with the credentials you provide.
Our email provider, to send you codes, receipts and support replies.
Law enforcement or regulators, where we are legally required to.
These providers process data on our instructions. Some are outside Nigeria, which means your data may be transferred and stored abroad under the protections those providers offer.
The App Store and Google Play each require this stated in their own categories. This table is that answer, and it is the same answer given on our store listings — if the two ever disagree, this page is the one that is right and the listing is a mistake to report.
TraderFlow does NOT track you across the apps or websites of other companies. There is no advertising SDK, no ad identifier, no data broker, and nothing here is sold or shared for advertising.

Settings › Account and data › Delete my account removes your profile, posts, uploads, library items, listings and messages, unlinks your trading accounts, deletes your stored broker sign-in and cancels any subscription. It happens immediately and cannot be undone.
Two things deliberately survive it. Payment and payout records are kept for as long as tax and anti-fraud law requires — every one of them has a counterparty with their own right to that history. And anyone who bought from you keeps what they paid for.
We will not close an account while we still owe you money. Withdraw your earnings first; the app will tell you if any are still holding.
Account and profile data: while your account is open.
Trading statistics: while the account is linked, and in aggregate afterwards for rank history.
Payment and payout records: for as long as tax and accounting law requires, which is typically six years, even after you close your account.
Support tickets: two years after they are closed.
Depending on where you live you may also have rights to object to or restrict processing. Write to info@traderflow.app and we will act on it.
Trading credentials are encrypted with a key held only by the server and are unreadable to any browser, including yours. Access to every document is enforced by server-side rules rather than by the app. Payments are handled by providers who are PCI-compliant, so card data never reaches us.
No system is perfect. If a breach affects you, we will tell you.
TraderFlow is not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children, and we delete any account we find belongs to one.
