Cancel any time from Settings → Subscription, or from the plan screen. Cancelling stops the next renewal.
You keep everything in your plan until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not pro-rate a part-used month.
If you were charged after cancelling, or charged twice, write to us and we will refund it in full.
Subscriptions bought inside the iOS or Android app are billed by Apple or Google. Cancel and request refunds through that store — we cannot refund a purchase we did not process.
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not downloaded the product. Digital goods cannot be returned once they are in your hands, which is why downloading closes the window.
A product that is not what its listing described, will not open, or is missing what was promised is refundable whether or not it was downloaded. Tell us what is wrong and we will look at it.
Request a refund from Marketplace → Purchases. Refunds go back to the card or account that paid, and typically take 5–10 working days to appear.
A sale is held for 14 days before it becomes withdrawable. That is exactly the refund window: money clears at the moment it can no longer be refunded without review.
Held earnings are real and are shown separately from cleared earnings, with the date each amount clears.
Withdrawals are paid in naira to a Nigerian bank account, verified with your bank before it is saved.
The minimum withdrawal is USD 50, so a fixed transfer fee never eats the payout.
Transfers usually arrive the same working day. Naira is converted at the rate on the day of the withdrawal, so the exact figure your bank shows can differ slightly from the dollar balance.
A chargeback is a buyer asking their bank to reverse a payment. When one succeeds, the sale is reversed and the amount is taken back from the seller's balance — including where the money has already been withdrawn, in which case the balance goes negative and is recovered from later sales.
Sellers carry chargebacks on their own sales. Repeated chargebacks lead to a review and can end selling privileges.
The platform fee and payment processing are itemised on every sale, before you list and again on every earning line. Nothing is deducted that is not shown.
Anything about money: info@traderflow.app, or Settings → Support. Include the payment reference from your receipt.
